Job Title: Assistant Head Sommelier
This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of one of London's most prestigious private members' clubs. The club features luxurious decor, sports facilities, bars, and multiple renowned restaurants. Their flagship restaurant, which operates at a Michelin-star level, is currently seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to join their acclaimed team.
Assistant Head Sommelier Benefits:
- £18.69 per hour + annual club bonus.
- 40 hour contract, hourly paid overtime.

Assistant Head Sommelier Requirements:
- They are seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier with a pedigree in working at five-star luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
- A passionate Assistant Head Sommelier is needed who can curate wine lists, train staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience to all guests.
- The ideal candidate should have a stable employment history and preferably hold a Level 3 WSET qualification.
