Our client is one of London's most renowned private members' clubs, situated in the heart of Mayfair. This club distinguishes itself from its competitors by offering a modern and innovative approach to hospitality. The pastry team produce pastries and breads for three restaurants ranging from brasserie style to Michelin star level deserts.

• The successful Head Pastry Chef must be hands on, a great leader and be happy to create desserts for multiple outlets and multiple cuisines.
