Utilising the latest equipment and culinary techniques, they offer an intimate dining experience with only 60 seats available. Guests can indulge in a selection of meticulously crafted à la carte dishes. The restaurant places a strong emphasis on quality-led service and boasts a highly supportive management team. The successful applicant will become part of a small yet independent restaurant group that plans to expand its portfolio within the next 12 months.

Head Chef Benefits:
